I placed an Order on 10-26-2017, for my weeding anniversary which is on 10-31-2017, The expected delivery date was between the 29 and the first, which I thought was perfect; well it turns out the order was not shipped until 10-30-2017 which would make it impossible for my wife to receive her gift by our anniversary date not only I will look bad and irresponsible it will also erode my status as a customer with Godiva. I have place few orders before and never encounter whats taking place this time. I hope future order specially for special occasions like this one will get the priority it deserves.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: On site service.
