I ordered a $52.00 box of chocolates for my wife's birthday. The order was placed before their cutoff time and was to be shipped out that same day for delivery the next day.

They didn't process the order the same day and the tracking number they gave me was not valid. They eventually processed the order the following day, which was too late. After informing customer service about the issues and situation they failed to apologize, failed to do anything on the order since it was "Marked" as shipped. Even though they failed to meet their delivery time frame they saw no problems here.

So an important and EXPENSIVE gift is not going to be delivered and they see no problem. I see no use in the future for GODIVA!

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Ordering fullfillment sucked, Customer service person needs a new job.
